In this video, we’re going to show you how to connect your Bluetooth device to the 2015 Volkswagen Golf, Golf SportWagen, and Golf GTI. When your phone is paired to your vehicle, you can access your contacts, place calls, and listen to music – all hands-free. To connect your phone, hit the “Menu” button on the car console. Scroll to “Setup”, and scroll to “Bluetooth”. Make sure that the bluetooth visibility is turned on for the vehicle. Meanwhile, open the bluetooth settings on your device and search for the Bluetooth connection that matched the name the vehicle shows. When prompted, select “Pair” on your phone, making sure the PIN number on your phone and the vehicle are the same. Your phone should now be connected and will begin to sync your contacts. Hitting the “Phone” button on the console or in the menu will open up the hands-free functionality of your phone. You can store favorite numbers, and search your contacts by name, and during a call you have the ability to end calls, turn the screen off during a call, mute, and even start a conference call. To stream music, hit the “Media” button on the console or the select “Media” on the menu screen, and open the media you wish to play on your device.
